![]() Choose from 3 specialized branches of the military to utilize unique skills, weaponry, and paranormal psionic powers. The infected roam the halls, their screams and moans beckoning you to join them as the rogue artificial intelligence known as SHODAN taunts and ridicules your feeble attempt to unravel the horrifying mystery of the derelict starship Von Braun. You awake from the cold chill of your cryo-tube to discover cybernetic implants grafted to your flesh and the crew of the starship Von Braun slaughtered. The cult classic sci-fi horror FPS-RPG has returned. It is my will that gave you your cybernetic implants, the only beauty in that meat you call a body. But you can feel free to be a marine, then go psi-co later."Remember, it is my will that guided you here. All the classes are really meant for is to boost the the stats for the style of play you want. I can't go into every mixture that you make up. A good psi character will beat the other 2 hands-down. The BOTM is ridiculously easy if you play OSA. But as you progress as Bill Nye, the Psi-ence guy, it gets easier. I can only recommend him to those who understand most of the basics of the game. Otherwise, he sux in spots where he doesn't have the skills. I personnally prefer playing as the Navy, since he can handle everything well - provided he has the right skills. The marine, if you play true to his expected skills (Lotsa Strength and Endurance but no psi stuff.), would be easy early on, but the game would be very difficult later. O.K, the way it seems to boil down to is that each class has an easy-ness factor at certain points of the game.(a la Diablo) That means that say, for example, you play the marine.
